Announcing almost €4 million in funding to connect households in Carlow and Kilkenny to the Uisce Éireann network With my colleague, Minister Darragh O'Brien, who announced this year's capital funding for Developer Provided Water Services Infrastructure4. Welcoming €3.4 million in capital funding for SETU SETU awarded €3.4m as part of a €40m fund for 20 third level institutions to improve college campuses.5.
