Kilkenny City has topped the Irish Business Against Litter (IBAL) survey as Ireland's cleanest town for a record fifth time.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the outdoor staff of Kilkenny County Council, volunteers from Keep Kilkenny Beautiful, and business and residents groups have managed to maintain their high standards for Kilkenny City. They have all embodied the spirit of the Town Centres First initiative.
