Kilkenny Bike Fest rounded off a lot of activities for National Bike Week.
Kitty and Stephen enjoyed the off-road cycle although Mayor Force One and its captain were a little shaky on the route.
Well done to Cycle Kilkenny, Cycling Ireland, and Kilkenny County Council for a great day of family cycling activities.
I'm looking forward to seeing plans for ambitious cycling infrastructure in the city over the coming months.
There's no shortage of funding and, judging by participation at today's events, no shortage of families waiting for real improvements to cycle and pedestrian safety all over the city.
