Today marks the start of #HeritageWeek2021! And it's the second Heritage Week taking place in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Like last year, communities have responded and adapted so well and with the support of our incredible network of Local Authority Heritage Officers we have a blended diverse programme that would rival any year.

At a local level, heritage groups and organisers, families, communities, and individuals across #Carlow and #Kilkenny have responded to this year’s call to ‘Open the door to heritage’ by creating and sharing projects and events that are free to explore throughout #HeritageWeek2021.
